How to create cocktails for a romantic date night

Cotswolds Clover Leaf

Ingredients
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin 
15ml fresh lime juice 
12.5ml raspberry syrup 
5 fresh raspberries
2 mint leaves
1 egg white (optional)
Garnish: Raspberry & a sprig of mint

How to make it
Muddle the raspberries and mint. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain back into shaker. 
Dry shake and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of mint.

Kokoro Cherry Blossom

Ingredients
40ml Kokoro Gin 
20ml Kokoro Cherry Blossom Liqueur 
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Honey
Garnish: Sprig of Cherry Blossom

How to make it
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass 
Garnish with a sprig of cherry blossom

Union Lemon & Leaf Rum -  Bed of Roses

Ingredients
50ml Union Lemon & Leaf 
20ml Lemon Juice 
2 scoops Powdered Sugar
4 dashes Rosewater
2 Dashes Orange Water 
10ml Black Raspberry Liqueur 
25ml Egg White 

How to make it
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with 2 rose petals on top of a silky froth layer

Jaisalmer Negroni

Ingredients
25ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin 
25ml Sweet Vermouth 
25ml Campari

How to make it
Stir all the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass for around 20 seconds, until chilled.
Top with ice and garnish with an orange peel twist.
