Corrine and Ryan became childhood sweethearts at the tender age of 14. Despite going their separate ways after a few months, they were to meet again years later and rekindle the old flame. Corrine went for a job interview at North West Tea Service, without realising the company was owned by Ryan's dad. She won the role and romance blossomed once more as they began working together. Ryan popped the all-important question during a family holiday to Tenerife. Corrine remembers, "It was a lovely surprise. I was pregnant at the time with our daughter Courtney who is now two." Here we learn more about this gorgeous wedding day.
As soon as we laid eyes on the Hillbark Hotel we knew had to get married there and we set the date for 26th May, 2018.
Ryan and his best man chose their wedding suits together. The groom was dressed in a grey suit, as were his groomsmen, but with different waistcoats so that Ryan stood out.
My bridesmaids wore long lemon dresses with trains by Mark Melia. They were worth every penny as they were fabulous. I actually wanted one for myself!
I wore a gorgeous ivory princessstyle dress from Liverpool Bridal Boutique designed by Phil Collins & Olivia Grace.
We had little horse and carriage candles for our favours. They wereindividually wrapped and tied with a ribbon saying, "Happily Ever After."We also had Macmillan badges in the shape of champagne glasses.
The table plan was a large mirror surrounded by flowers to match the colour palette.
The centrepieces were tall glass vases containing fairylights and floral arrangements sitting at the top. Tea lights in glass baubles hung from the blooms.
Our flowers were all in lemon, white and ivory hues.
Our five tier cake was lied in white and lemon decorated with flowers and a few sparkles.
I was just the happiest person on our wedding day. I hardly slept the night before with excitement and nerves! Everything from the ceremony to the speeches, singing waiters to the fireworks was incredible.
Harpist Maxine Molin Rose played at the ceremony and throughout the day.We also had a singer, Lee. He set up outside as the weather was beautifuland he got everyone up dancing.
Func On The Rocks was our band. They acted as DJs in the evening too.The musicians were all wonderful with the guests. I even got up at the end ofthe night and sang a song!
We went to Dubai for three nights and then on to the Maldives for five. We also spent two nights in London to see Ed Sheeran.
