The Everyman Theatre, Liverpool

The Everyman Theatre, Liverpool Credit: Emma Hillier The Everyman Theatre sits in the heart of the Georgian Quarter on Hope Street, Liverpool and is also a big-day wedding venue. It opened between two iconic cathedrals in 2014 after extensive redevelopment, which produced a Stirling Prize winning building. All of the spaces available for hosting your wedding day are modern, stylish and light. The balcony is accessible from the theatre bar and holds the instantly recognisable Everyman sign, providing a great feature for wedding pics. Hope Street itself is steeped in Georgian history and stands on the site of the old Hope Chapel. The home of theatre in Liverpool, it's surrounded by creative spaces.

Space to celebrate
*The stage. This is the most popular spot for ceremonies. The beautiful 400-seat auditorium allows you to say your vows in a simple, yet beautiful, space.
*The bistro is cosy and intimate, ideal for wedding breakfasts (110 guests) and receptions (200 guests).
*The theatre bar is a double height space with exposed concrete columns and brickwork.

We love...The petal drop released from the theatre's rigging as you say your vows with a kiss. After all, it wouldn't be a theatre wedding without a bit of drama!
