Cheshire’s The Spa at Carden welcomes back visitors

Situated in the picturesque Cheshire countryside, sits the luxurious new destination spa, The Spa at Carden, which aims to offer a world-class spa experience like no other. With one of the largest spa gardens in the UK, guests can feel at ease when it comes to social distancing and make the most of the expansive multi-sensory experience and all-weather Bollinger champagne bar. Developed to provide guests with a nature reset whatever the weather, the spa garden will facilitate a journey to improved physical and mental wellbeing.

With new restrictions adhering to social distancing rules and government guidelines, the team at The Spa at Carden has been working hard behind the scenes to put in place extensive measures to ensure collective safety and ultimate post-lockdown relaxation. An added enhancement to the spa’s cleaning regime is the introduction of a unique fogging machine. The fogging machine, which is highly effective against Covid-19 has been scientifically proven to provide long-lasting sanitisation and peace of mind for spa-goers.

The 4,500 sqm standalone spa is set within the 1,000-acre grounds of the privately owned, award-winning Carden Park Hotel and offers superior service, world class facilities and a seamless spa experience. The indoor and outdoor spa facilities are amongst the most impressive in the UK and include two large vitality pools, an extensive thermal suite (closed until further notice), a glamourous beauty lounge and a variety of soothing relaxation spaces.

The full range of body treatments will be available from 1st August and have been designed by natural product house, Elemental Herbology, based on the Five Element Theory in traditional Chinese Medicine - a belief that everything in life needs to work in harmony in order to achieve perfect equilibrium and even incorporates natural and freshly picked herbs from The Spa at Carden’s garden.

According to Nick from Country House Weddings, the answer goes back centuries and is tied to religion, fasting and the way weddings were once celebrated in Britain. RSVPing 'YES' to multiple weddings? Here's how to budget!

Attending weddings can be a joyous occasion, but it can also be expensive, particularly if you're invited to more than one over the course of the year. Costs such as new outfits, travel and accommodation, and gifts mean the overall expense of attending can quickly add up. Duncan Fortune, Head of Commercial at Tesco Bank, says: "Wedding season can be a significant expense for households. Planning ahead and setting a dedicated budget for celebrations can help spread the cost over several months, allowing people to make the most of the celebrations while keeping their finances on track."
