The company’s director, Helen Wynn says, “We’ve had many emotional conversations with couples, who’ve been left heartbroken and confused by the situation. They’ve been reaching out to us on an almost weekly basis finding comfort in having us as a sounding board. To open those conversations up further, we’ve set up a support network, which will include regular Q&As with a different trusted supplier each week across our social media platforms. We want couples and suppliers alike to have access to the right advice in a community-led setting, allowing direct contact with experienced professionals.
