Andrew Jackson, a former BBC radio presenter, recently launched a new voice-over agency based in Merseyside. In time, when restrictions permit, he aims to branch out into presenting and compering weddings.
With a background in TV and radio, Jackson formed Jackson Jabbers after many years of providing ad-hoc voice-overs and MCing numerous weddings. Increased recent interest encouraged him to form his own venture, working out of a specially converted room in his home near Liverpool. “It’s an exciting and challenging time to launch a new business, but with a Covid-enforced career break, and time on my hands, I ran out of excuses. My voice is quite different from the norm,” he explains.
