At a time when the hospitality industry was forced to remain closed, the award-winning and privately-owned Carden Park Hotel in Cheshire continued to move forward with its ambitious plan for growth. Following a £250,000 refurbishment, the hotel has now revealed its new fine-dining restaurant, The Vines.
The Vines will bring elegant, contemporary dining to Cheshire’s 1000-acre luxury resort, served in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere. Executive chef Graham Tinsley MBE along with head chef Harri Williams, have formulated a classic a la carte menu that will showcase true culinary craftsmanship and provide and feature the very finest, fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Director and general manager, Hamish Ferguson says, “The Vines will showcase the best aspects of our Cheshire estate and will be a must for all lovers of fine dining in the region.”
Open for dinner service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as lunch on Sundays, The Vines will welcome both hotel guests and local residents alike. It’s been created as a choice location for private dinners and celebrations.
