The amazing Firework Champions is coming to Arley Hall in Cheshire

The amazing Firework Champions is coming to Arley Hall in Cheshire on 12th August, featuring no fewer than four fantastic displays from three of the UK's best firework companies who will compete with a 10-minute firework display each. The event is the only one of its type in the UK and visitors will have the chance to vote for the team they loved the most using their phones.

You can take your own picnic along or grab something tasty from one of the on-site vendors, and be entertained before the main event kicks off by bouncy castles, rides and music. Gates open for entry, music and interviews at 4pm and close at 9pm when the teams are announced. There'll be a drone light show, weather permitting from 7.30pm and the first display will begin at 9.30pm.

From searching for the perfect engagement ring to browsing wedding venues and proposal ideas, Brits are increasingly turning to Google when preparing to take the next step in their relationships. But new research has revealed that some UK cities are considerably more marriage-minded online than others. Manchester has emerged as the UK city with the highest level of marriage-related search interest relative to its population, according to research from Agilis. The city records an estimated 1,540.7 searches per 100,000 residents across terms relating to engagement rings, proposals, wedding planning, marriage advice and civil partnerships. Plymouth comes in second, with 1,435.6 searches per 100,000 residents, while Leeds takes third place with 1,343.9. Newcastle upon Tyne, Glasgow and Birmingham also feature strongly, with each recording more than 1,300 searches per 100,000 people.
