The World Luxury Awards celebrated its 17th year of awarding some of the top hotels, spas, restaurants and travel establishments on 28 October 2023, and the Cheshire based spa proudly took home the titles of 'Best Luxury Garden Spa in Europe' and 'Best Luxury Countryside Spa' in the UK.

This hidden gem of relaxation and tranquillity has received recognition on an international scale. The World Luxury Spa Awards are esteemed for their dedication to identifying and rewarding excellence within the luxury spa industry. The awards highlight the utmost commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, making this dual victory a testament to The Spa's exceptional quality and service.

General Manager Jess Mellors expressed her elation, stating, "We are delighted to have picked up two such amazing titles at the World Luxury Spa Awards. It's a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team and the commitment we have to providing exceptional experiences to our guests. We have continually invested into our new spa since it opened its opening last year and are delighted that it has been recognised as a leading wellness destination”.

“Travelers today increasingly value experiences over possessions and are willing to invest in unique, authentic, and immersive travel experiences. It is with the unwavering commitment of dedicated staff that guests can enjoy this. We congratulate the 2023 winners, who have worked hard and tirelessly to be successful in a very competitive industry.” says Jana Stoman Director of Sales at the World Luxury Awards.

The English Country Garden inspired spa opened at the end of 2022 and has fast become a must-visit wellness destination in the UK, buzzing with unique facilities such as the large hydrotherapy pool, potting shed sauna, ice plunge bath as well as the spas crowning jewel, the UK’s first swim up bar.

As well as this double award win, the spa is also a finalist in the Good Spa Guide 2023 awards for ‘Best Spa in the North West’
