Please mention Your Cheshire & Merseyside Wedding when contacting wedding service providers.
Cheshire Pony Parties has created a new service to add to its repertoire: wedding ponies. Owner Amanda Keech tells us, "I was approached by a London-based wedding planner to provide a pony to carry the bubbly at a wedding hosted at a prestigious venue in Cheshire. It inspired me to put my 14 years of experience in delivering professionally organised, high end, engaging pony and unicorn parties with the wow factor, to create a new service for weddings."
The gorgeous wedding ponies will be available to cover Cheshire and occasionally, surrounding counties, carrying either champagne for the newlyweds, while you're having your photos taken and/or confetti for your guests to throw.

Pets Country Manor is a luxury, five-star hotel for cats based in Tarbock Green, Merseyside. The venture is owned by Victoria and Craig who discovered the gap in the market for the care of small animals after failing to find anywhere to look after their guinea pigs while they were away on holiday. The pair look after around 100 cats on a daily basis and have been awarded the number one boarding establishment for cats in the UK at the Pet Industry Federation Awards.

When Mark Lee from Mark Lee Photography set up this shoot at Cheshire's Park Manor, he wanted to seek out like minded suppliers to collaborate on creating stunning inclusive images; and what better showcase this gorgeous shoot than Pride Month! Mark says, "For months I've been coming across posts on Facebook on issues from the LGBTQ+ community over double standards within the wedding industry. Some finding that they were being charged more or that some suppliers just wouldn't work with a same sex couple. Then a supplier wanted to know how to create a logo for same sex supplier so not to offend. And another supplier unsure how to word his contract... this got me thinking. Why is this so difficult? Why does there need to be an issue regardless of who you are and who you want to marry? The law has changed so why are people still living in the dark ages? It's time to accept everyone."

Couples who have adopted a pet during the pandemic can save themselves the unnecessary heartache of losing shared pets by arranging a 'pet-nuptial' agreement in case – obviously here at County Wedding Magazines HQ we truly hope it's not the case – of future separation with their partner. For custody of furry friends, there is currently no official legally binding measures in place for what happens to pets after a breakup. Legally a pet is seen as an asset, and as with any assets in a divorce, ownership will be decided by the court - however having a prearranged agreement in place, commonly known as a prenuptial agreement, can assist the court to make a decision.
