Will your big-day bake be a fashionable round-shaped cake or a vintage square? How will it complement your chosen wedding day theme? Will it be simply decorated with ribbon or elegantly, with beautiful handmade sugar roses, fresh or everlasting silk flowers? Once your design is finalised, your delectably delicious wedding cake will be made with the finest quality natural ingredients, and covered in a white, milk or dark chocolate ganache, before being beautifully iced in a luxury sugar fondant.

Clare offers a wide range of flavours for the sponge layers and filling. Tempt your taste buds with Biscoff, coffee and walnut, dreamy chocolate, lemon and elderflower, luscious lemon with a choice of lemon curd or passion fruit curd, raspberry and white chocolate, red velvet, salted caramel or of course a beautifully classic vanilla with jam and buttercream.
